Ballroom | The Ritz-Carlton South BeachThe lounge is the home base for our whole experience, offering a place for our guests to relax and enjoy food and beverage. Inside this exclusive lounge space, VIPs check-in and find a variety of amenities and services available to them throughout each day. Our space has a full-service bar, buffet, lounge seating, custom gifting, coffee cart, and more.
















WELCOME EVENT
DiLido South | The Ritz-Carlton, South BeachTo kick off the weekend, guests are invited to join us for a welcome event located at DiLido South, on property at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.
Guests can participate in a rum tasting and custom cigar rolling, then meet-and-greet with our talent following a chalk talk.












TAILGATE
Hard Rock StadiumAhead of the Capital One Orange Bowl game, guests enjoy a premium private tailgate experience.
We created a VIP lounge at Hard Rock Stadium for guests to enjoy the pre-game concert and festivities.
We custom built multiple backdrops to create striking natural photo ops.












BRUNCH
Courtyard | Ritz-Carlton, South BeachWe hosted a farewell brunch for our guests before they departed for home.





ADDITIONAL TOUCHES
ALL WEEKEND LONGAlong with the experiences, our guests each received a room drop gift, had access to special menus at the beach and pool, and took home custom-embroidered tote bags.
